Russel Winder was asked to be first opponent for a PhD thesis in Bergen, Norway. Associated with this there was a one-day workshop on Concepts in C++ (the thesis was about this topic as well). The invited attendees included all the important members of WG21, Russel was invited to present the closing talk of the workshop. The slides used are here, but they almost certainly give no real idea of the session.
